About us

The System Isn’t Built for Young People

Every day, young people are targeted by junk food marketing.

Online, in schools, on the streets — it’s everywhere. This shapes choices, health, and futures. But the system isn’t designed with young people in mind. And young people are rarely included in the decisions that affect them.

What is Bite Back?

Bite Back is a youth-led movement taking on the food system.

We bring young people together to campaign, speak out, and demand change locally and nationally. Our activists challenge the way food is marketed, sold and experienced and push for a system that puts health first.

Youth-Led. Not Youth-Informed

Bite Back is led by young people.

Not consulted. Not included as an afterthought. Led. Our activists shape campaigns, lead action, and speak directly to decision-makers because they are the ones most affected.

This Is Just the Beginning

The food system won’t change unless we demand it. Join the movement of young people taking action.

Donors & Partners
