Amy is 16 and from a small village in Surrey. Whilst she is an avid reader and writer, and regular watcher of Greys Anatomy and Criminal Minds, she is also passionate about child health and exploring the socio-economic factors which affect this. Bite Back has inspired her to continue discovering the world through science and nutrition, whilst campaigning for a cause close to her heart.
