Currently completing an MSc in Food Policy, focusing on secondary school eating environments, Eimer is perfectly placed to support the schools on our Bite Back in Schools programme. She previously worked at FareShare Yorkshire, a charity that redistributes surplus food to community organisations. "It's not enough to make eating healthily easy for some: it should be easy for everyone," says Eimer. "I want to see a world where young people are thriving, full of energy, and reaching their full potential."
